MANILA, Philippines — Choco Mucho bid farewell to Mars Alba, who served as one of the Flying Titans’ main setters for more than a year in the PVL.
Choco Mucho on Monday announced the departure of Alba and wished the former La Salle star well in her future endeavors as she becomes a free agent.

The 25-year-old Alba suited up for Choco Mucho during the 2024 season after F2 Logistics’ disbandment in December 2023.
Alba shared the playmaking chores with Deanna Wong, helping the squad reach the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference finals.
The UAAP Season 85 Finals MVP and Best Setter had her last stint for Choco Mucho in the 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference, where the Flying Titans ended up in fourth place.

Alba is currently with Alas Pilipinas in the VTV Women’s International Cup in Vietnam.
Choco Mucho selected Filipino-American playmaker Tia Andaya in the 2025 PVL Rookie Draft last June 8.
In the PVL on Tour, the Flying Titans rely heavily on Wong and veteran Jem Ferrer as they are currently 1-1 in Pool A after losing to Nxled in four sets on Sunday in Batangas.
